Diversity, Inclusion & Cultural Competence COACHING
TheSEI Diversity, Inclusion & Cultural Competence System provides clients with consultation, workshops and training in the areas of diversity, inclusion, cultural competence and cross cultural communication. Therefore, TheSEI cultural competence expertise, focuses on helping clients find the practical application of diversity initiatives, practices, real human interaction, and communication in daily business operations. Hence, TheSEI helps clients create inclusive work environments, where people from all cultural backgrounds, genders, generational sectors and lifestyles are respected, included and valued.
TheSEI’s Diversity training programs are custom-designed to address the unique needs of each client. Program-curriculum & development is based on information gathered from an (engaged) organizational comprehensive assessment.
